Fortnite’s new Borderlands 3 crossover features Psycho, Claptrap, and a Pandora zone
The world of Borderlands has invaded Fortnite’s island. The latest update for the battle royale game features a new crossover event with the upcoming shooter Borderlands 3. That includes expected additions, like a Psycho skin and Claptrap backpack you can purchase, along with free rewards like weapon wraps and sprays.
More interesting, though, is an entirely new area that’s popped up near Paradise Palms that’s based on Pandora, the strange planet where the Borderlands series takes place. The area appears as a rift zone — a new kind of temporary space introduced in season X — and it looks an awful lot like Borderlands, complete with cel-shaded visuals for Fortnite characters.
